MAXGuard GAP is a GAP product that is used only in financed deals. It covers the amount between the ACV and the outstanding loan balance. It covers the deductible, up to $1,000, in the case of a total loss. Plus, it gives the customer a benefit of $1,000 made out in the name of both dealership and customer to be used for their next purchase. This program pays off the customer’s current debt, allowing them to return and purchase another vehicle without any out of pocket expense.
MAXGuard Warranties are extensions of the factory warranties, up to sixty months. They cover major mechanical defects including, but not limited to, the engine, transmission, drive train, and electrical. MAXGuard Warranties are approved by AHFC, HSBC, and GE Capital. One of the unique attributes of this product is that they allow the dealer to participate in the reserves and investment incomes gained from such reserves. So, not only do you receive the front-endprofitability as such in the manufacture programs, but you may be able to participate in the reserve and investment income.
MAXGuard Theft Protection is a theft deterrent system with a replacement benefit. We have teamed with the PowerDots Tracking System to create added value for the product. Both the cash and the finance customer can utilize it. The program allows the customer to quickly replace their vehicle from your dealership with very little, if any, out of pocket expense. It ultimately brings the customer back into the dealership for another purchase.
MAXGuard Tireguard ® is our tire and wheel protection program with roadside assistance. Weoffer the standard five-year coverage plan, which follows the bike and not the tires. The program covers the replacement of a tire that was flattened by a road hazard, such as a nail or pothole. Plus, if needed, it will cover the replacement of the rim. Finally, it offers roadside assistance, which will cover towing, locksmith services, battery and gas service, and emergency travel expenses, if needed. This program also covers ATV’s, unique to our program only. This is just another example of the forward thinking at Matrix.
Priority Care ® is a pre-paid maintenance program. The customer can purchase up to six regularly scheduled services to be preformed in a 36-month period at a discounted rate and at today’s dollars. This program ensures the return of the customer back into the dealership. It is easily incorporated into a monthly payment eliminating concern for required maintenance costs. Credit Life and Health Insurance is an insurance product that makes the payments if the owner is injured and cannot work. It continues until he can return or the unit is paid off. It will completely pay off the unit clear and free in the unlikely event the owner would happen to pass away, instead of the estate being responsible for its payments.
